الوصف الوظيفي This Position exists to developing and supporting Enterprise-wide intranet solutions on Private cloud, Office 365/Azure efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments. GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: · HR Proficiency: · Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively. · Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work. · Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment. · Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates. Functional Receptibilities · Delivery: · Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. · Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. · Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. · Problem-Solving: · Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. · Quality: Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. · Business Process Improvement (Effectiveness): Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible. · Compliance: Comply to related policy & procedures and work instructions. · Health & Safety: Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services. FUNCTIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: · Design, build, and document new systems infrastructure with appropriate resource sizing based on business requirements, and in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. · Function as a technical resource regarding Active Directory / Windows issues to messaging administrators, programmers, web developers, network security engineers, database analysts, network managers, and implementation teams · Deep domain expertise of cloud infrastructure solutions (i.e. Windows and Linux IaaS, SAP, BCDR, Security, Management, Storage, Networking, OSS, containers and Infra as a code technologies). · Experience using integrated development environments (e.g. Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, XCode, WebSphere) targeting Android, iOS, Linux, Windows, public clouds (i.e. Azure, AWS) · Experience with scalable architectures using Azure App Service, API management, serverless technologies, container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry etc.), API management, microservice frameworks etc. · Participate in the identification of vulnerabilities and their mitigation · Participate in the analysis and redesign of existing infrastructure systems and services · Participate in the analysis, design and implementation of future infrastructure systems and services · Create and maintain documentation on SOPs and System Design · Research, evaluate, recommend and implement new technologies · Perform capacity planning, upgrades and expansion of Active Directory environment. · Utilize performance monitoring tools to identify constraints and prevent issues before they occur. · Develop, recommend and articulate strategic roadmaps for Microsoft 365 · Monitor and administer all aspects of Linux and Windows servers, including patching, storage, monitoring tools, security best-practices, and server network configuration. · Administer environment security certificates, including SSL certificate renewal, across Linux, Windows, VMware, and additional vendor-specific systems. المهارات · Provide actionable recommendations through communicating risks and implications regarding technical decisions. · Engage Microsoft for support and guidance as necessary on technical issues or development. · Perform Solutions including design and implementation of Windows Server platforms, Office 365 migrations, Active Directory, Group Policy, System Center Configuration. · Design, implement, maintain and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. · Stay abreast of changes and new releases to the Microsoft 365 suite evergreen model, learning them, and implementing as appropriate. · Focus on providing a positive end-user experience around the Microsoft 365 application suite. · Comprehend and translate business goals and drivers into appropriate technical solutions. · Understand and adhere to the information security standards, policies and controls. · Be the subject matter expert to respond and resolve escalated incidents involving the Microsoft 365 suite of products in a timely manner. · Implementing the security and compliance features of M365. · Perform Azure Design and implementation of workloads in either IAAS or PAAS. · Review and introduce new capabilities that will bring value and benefit to the business · Apply technologies and Knowledge of Data Centre (Server, Storage, Networking) · Implementing SQL Server High availability and Disaster Recovery (Always on Availability Group) · Utilize scripting and automation to apply updates and changes. · Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing project status and deliverables. · Build system availability and disaster recovery · Perform troubleshooting. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: · Minimum Years of Experience: 10+ years · Minimum Certifications: Microsoft Azure solutions architect. · Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science / IT COMPETENCIES: · Microsoft Office 365’s Cloud suite including Office, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. · Good Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions such as IaaS, PaaS, and Serverless · Pre-existing experience of LLD and HLD design document creation. · Microsoft Intune: Mobility, Productivity. · A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Information Technology, with 7+ years’ experience with Office 365. · Excellent general knowledge of the M365 platform. · Good knowledge of Linux OS. · Microsoft Active Directory Services – Domain Services & Federation Services, Group Policies. · EM+S project delivery with tools such as Intune, Azure AD, MDM etc. · Microsoft Remote Desktop Services. · Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps? · 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, configuration, and deployment within the Microsoft Azure platform. · ITIL. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) · Excellent presentation skills. · Good Knowledge of: Windows and Virtualization · Time Management تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/system-architect-4306497/ |
