Call Center Agent is responsible for responding to customer calls and providing a positive, efficient customer experience, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Jobs Responsibilities:
Ensures calls are answered within predetermined time scales and are within a professional manner
Handle customers’ complaints and inquiries
Liaise and coordinate with Service Provider to resolve customer issues
Update the call center CRM system with all customer complaints on a timely basis to ensure fast retrieval of information as and when required.
Handle stressed, angry, and confused customers in the most positive way possible
Interact with customers through chat and emails.
Live Monitoring of the orders to ensure that the Service provider is following the KPIs set by the operations
Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager
المهارات
Prior experience in a customer service role
Bilingual (Arabic/English)
Computer literate
Proper judgment and decision-making skills
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
