الوصف الوظيفي Plan, develop and is accountable for sales, gross-profit level, inventory control, and merchandise-turnover objectives for the medicines, vitamins & supplements. ▪ Develop and determines merchandising, display, advertising (OTC), distribution, and sales plans by store by clusters. ▪ Negotiate buying contracts and obtains the most advantageous pricing. Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and growth opportunities. ▪ Build and maintains an updated database for original and generic brands (brands, scientific terms, side effects, etc.) ▪ Build long term partnerships/relationships with related suppliers, distributors, scientific offices of all major related entities ▪ Stay updated and act promptly regarding anticipated shortages/discontinuation of related supplies to ensure resolving in a proactive manner ▪ Contribute, participate, and work closely with related stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective inventory planning by SKU by Store and proper allocation/transfer to stores in a timely manner. ▪ Ensure proper drafting and great utilization of contract terms including but not limited to delivery, treatment of damages/expiries, rationalization of not/slow-moving items … etc. ▪ Maintain and maximize medicines availability thru constant reviewing of sales report, potential sales calculation by SKU and by Store … etc. to reach aggregate demand and conduct frequent store visits across the Kingdom ▪ Work closely with all related stakeholders such as E-Commerce and Marketing teams to help deliver a more compelling Omni-Channel experience to our Guests ▪ Remain fully aware of the new healthcare ecosystem in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and constantly work on creating an environment that is able to always play a vital role in systems such as - Medical Insurance Systems and medicines sales with such service provider - Waste System, including leading the optimization of such initiatives with NUBCO and other suppliers through social media campaigns regarding these services to attract/divert the attention of patients - Leading and aligning with other related internal/external stakeholders to obtain further licenses from related authorities such as dispensing Psychiatry medications ▪ Provide monthly analytical reports of - including but not limited to - sales, profits, availabilities, overstocks, understocks, expiries … etc. with recommendations and proposals toward overcoming any shortcomings and toward the sustainability in growing the business. المهارات ▪ Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Pharm-D or equivalent ▪ Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role ▪ 3+ years of management experience ▪ Strong quantitative, analytical, and presentation skills ▪ Excellent verbal/written communication skills ▪ Excellent negotiation skills ▪ Strategical thinking skills ▪ Leadership skills ▪ Project management skills ▪ Problem-solving with a Doer mentality تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/medicine-category-manager-4322867/ |
