Maintains daily data related to all company procurement plan.
Coordinate with supplier and provide all clarification on document approval and issue it in scheduled time.
Prepare various procurement plans with competitors and vendors prepare efficient documents according to present market plans.
Maintain all catalogues, brochures and records of suppliers.
Prepare data for authorized vendors and measurement tools and implement product effectively.
·Maintain relationships with suppliers and different departments to execute all product according requirement.
Perform assessments on all product and values to maintain quality and facilitate necessary steps for procurement.
Coordinate with suppliers and maintain rates and quality standard of products.
Prepare and monitor all regular reports as required.
Coordinate with supply chains manager with special importance.
Formulating and observing the procurement documents on a daily basis, as needed by the business organization
Making sure that the acquired goods and products match with the rules and regulations of the company for executing various commodity and goods procurement operations
Examining and analyzing the products, commodities, goods, tools and services to grasp and get the best business offers
Comprehending the kinds of commodities, goods and services that the company requires to procure and acquire.
Any other tasks that do not conflict with his work assignments and job title.
المهارات
Candidate Requirements:
A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in International procurement supervisor role, preferably in FMGC, food services and retail products environment with hands-on experience directing the process which includes the planning of procurement, inventory control, forecasting, scheduling, logistics and distribution.
Proficient with analytical, spreadsheet, presentation and word processing software (Strong ERP preferably Odoo system experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to effectively present information to executive management and public groups.

Education and Experience:
Four-year degree from a University or College in Business Administration and/or related fields required.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
