Role Description:
Under limited supervision and in accordance with establish policies, procedures, and guidelines responsible for daily operations of the Retail. Develops the annual budget, markets and serves a principal buyer for the Retail. Maintains communication with customers and assists in resolving problems
Key Activities:
Assist the RM in supervising and implement the Retail policies and procedures.
Supervises the employed Retail Staff
Assist the RM in preparing the monthly Retail supplies inventory reports
Assist the RM in preparing the monthly Retail sales reports
Responsible for reporting to RM the daily operation of all Retail divisions according to the structure, including ensuring appropriate staffing, merchandising, reconciliation of deposits, financial reports, and the like
Assist RM to develop retail Divisions annual, budget, markets merchandise and is the principal buyer for all merchandise at all Retail merchandise markets and private vendors
Assist RM to review the financial and bill paying of Retail
Administration of the Quick Charge System
Works with SC for outside vendors to receive quality merchandise at reasonable prices.
Oversees the Retail inventory with open-end buying for all categories through computer systems ensuring accurate and up-to-date information and results
Maintains and updates variety of records and computer systems ensuring accurate and complete data is recorded. Utilizes same to generate periodic statistical reports
Ensures all policies, procedures, and guidelines are observed. Notifies supervisor of any inconsistencies. Communicates changes of same to associates and volunteers
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations, the Corporate Compliance Program, Code of Ethics, as well as other policies and procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior

Necessary Knowledge and Experience:
Knowledgeable in customer treatments, and alignment of service excellence in hospitality and sales
Ability to work in multiple locations
Education and Certification Requirements:
6 years of experience in related field with bachelor’s degree
Competencies / Skills:
Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail
Fluent English and Arabic
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
Computer skills including Word and POS systems
Financial and Budgeting
