Role Description:
The Retail Teller support customer services by handling all customer payment and credit transactions, stocking, assailing, and distributing products, to meet quality standards within patient regulations and methods, and Aldara’s adopted policies and procedures
Key Accountabilities:
1. Stock Management:
Maintain inventory by checking retail stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; removing outdated supplies
Ensure that the security and proper storage of merchandise is maintained
2. Administrative Support
Charge merchandise and supplies used
Assure payments are processed
3. Policies, Processes and Procedures:
Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and controls so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement
Promote the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, and controls to others within Aldara
Report on changes within Aldara that impact relevant policies, procedures, and controls

Necessary Knowledge and Experience:
Min 2 years’ experience, preferably in the Retail or related field
Education and Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent
Competencies / Skills:
Basic math skills
General knowledge of registration instruments and equipment
Quality assurance
Fluently able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English and Arabic, as necessary to perform the essential duties of the position Knowledge of the internet to facilitate literature searches, etc.
Ability to us a computer, printer, fax, telephone
