• Play a pro-active role with senior management of fintech firms in the fund s portfolio to further expansion of operations and markets
• Spearhead change and transform companies into agile market leaders and competitors in core markets in the Middle East
• Strengthen P&L;management
• Promote innovative strategies and processes to streamline operations
• Provide credible transformational insights to the senior management team
YOUR PROFILE:
• Seasoned PE professional, consultant or senior executive in the fintech industry with solid experience in P&L;management
• Experience in leading transformation in acquired businesses
• Hands-on experience in foreseeing change, agile in adopting new technologies and using date driven analyses to create new products and strategies, ability to adapt, align and integrate changes and opportunities to further growth and expansion of portfolio companies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach and influence CEOs of portfolio companies
• Visionary with a passion to foster innovation; pro-active in helping portfolio companies to become market leaders
• Natural leader; wins respect among C-suite executives in portfolio companies
• Takes accountability for results and influences with sound judgement, credibility and high humility
