Position Summary
The Client Partner is primarily responsible for selling of consulting, implementation, development and managed services for Infor solutions across the Middle Eastern region. The Client Partner will work with the License Team, Services Managers and Delivery Teams to sell the services to Infor customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Support Solutions Consulting representatives and Global Account Teams on opportunity pursuits throughout the extended sales cycle to ensure adherence to defined standards for selling professional services.
Engage with the license new business teams to propose and present cost-effective services solutions in line with the license opportunity and which supports the bid strategy
Develop and execute a Sales Strategy to drive the identified opportunities to closure so that individual targets are met or exceeded
Work directly with representatives within the Professional Services Organization to ensure proposed solution implementation/deployment services are estimated and positioned correctly
Acts as the director and motivator of the Sales Team e.g. Legal, Pre-Sales, Delivery Management and other disciplines which are assigned to a certain opportunity
Develop and implement an approach to monitoring sales opportunity pursuits to assess professional services engagement relative to established policies
Key Requirements/Experience
Experience selling Managed Services, Consulting Services or similar solutions tied to enterprise software solutions
Proficiency in project scoping, resource planning and cost estimation
Ability to manage forecast / pipeline and reflect a true position with date driven deadlines
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills
Bachelor s degree or higher, preferably in Operations, Supply Chain Management or Computer Science
