• Provides operating system, applications and diagnostic support for personal computer systems;
• Responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting all computer hardware and software problems;
• Carries out assignments through self-development of new and improved techniques and procedures related to support for personal computer systems.
• Provides level-1 helpdesk support as well as troubleshooting PC hardware and software in work environment.
• Develops effective problem resolution procedures related to personal, Computer systems and application software.
• Installs, configures, and maintains personal computer and peripheral hardware, as appropriate.
• Provides on-call support for personal computer systems. as and when required.
• Maintains a broad knowledge of current and emerging state of art computer technologies, architectures, and products.
• Work as a knowledge manager and maintains .the knowledge base for resolved problems.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering/Computer Applications or related area.
At least 4 years of experience.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, E-mail services, Microsoft exchange server 2019, Cisco WebEx for conferences.
Strong Knowledge and understanding of a range of computer systems and related technologies.
Ability to install, configure, and maintain personal computers and related hardware.
Strong knowledge in the Windows OS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
