Responsibilities:
Marketing Aspect:
Setting up marketing, sales, partners goals and objectives
Plan, implement and manage marketing, sales, partners strategy.
Contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Review and manage content marketing, sales, partners strategy.
Determine KPIs for marketing department.
Keep the marketing budget in check
Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
Build & lead sales and development and customer success teams
Create and present the annual marketing, sales, partners plan and strategy
Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
Analyze company’s marketing strategy and suggest improvements
Stay up to date with the latest technology
Stay up to date with the latest best practices
Attend marketing conferences and educational programs
Design, plan and execute effective marketing, sales, partners campaigns
Innovation Aspect:
Brainstorms with the creative team to discover new solutions and approaches to old problems, creative market entry initiatives with partners & governments.
Support to Formulates effective new ideas and innovative strategies for product development, marketing, branding, or business opportunities.
Recognizes promising ideas and finds ways to introduce them into the company s future and discards ideas that are ineffective, costly, or beyond the scope of the company s mission or abilities to develop.
Strategizes with product development teams to transform general ideas into workable solutions.
Analyzes existing practices to isolate areas ripe for improvement or enhancement.
Encourages creative thinking in employees and finds ways to nurture innovative thinking across all areas of the company.
Follows customer responses to new ideas, tracks and analyzes the success of new products or services and responds to customer questions or concerns.
Monitors research and development of other organizations to spot trends in innovation and supplement research findings in the company s industry
Allocates resources to maintain the organization s existing agenda while accounting for new projects.
Evaluates the progress of innovation and adjusts the pace or direction of new projects in accordance.
Keeps all new projects in line with the company s mission and maintains consistency with the company s message and brand.
Working together with key participants to compile the budget.
Requirements:
+5 years experience in marketing/sales/business development in; Partners Relations; Relevant field eCommerce .
Being customer-centric
Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.
In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
Regularly produce and present reports
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills
MA in Marketing, Management, or similar relevant field
Addition marketing certifications are a plus
Great Relationship & experience with other eCommerce enablers
Governmental relationship with entities such as SMEA to create new initiatives
Access to Real-estate owners for companies purposes
