Where Do You Fit In?
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Senior Business Consultant to be based in Riyadh, KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for the Honeywell Building Solutions business in KSA. You will build relationships and understand customer business requirements in order to provide appropriate solutions. You will also define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. In addition you will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers utilizing your industry knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.
What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?
Primary customer interface responsible for the development of new business and new relationships in pursuit of growth for HBS
Establishing and owning the plans and strategies aimed at serving and expanding the customer sales base in their assigned area
Dissemination of key messages, initiatives, and of information pertaining to the value HBS brings to targeted customers, opportunities, and solutions
Driving sales through understanding of the target customer s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that HBS brings to them, which allows for cross-HBT Honeywell selling
Partner with potential customers, establishing relationships & maximizing the business potential for both parties
Proactively initiates cross-functional communication across both the customer s and Honeywell enterprises to develop a long-term partnership
Seeks out ways to engage the full team in pursuits and activities building relationships with all key stakeholders
Team with assigned Account Managers to ensure One Team environment
What Skills and Experience Will You Have?
Bachelor s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Information Technology Engineering.
Significant experience within a sales capacity proven track record in selling turnkey solutions alongside experience in working with large/ mega projects.
Previous proven experience with Security, Safety, Controls, Energy, Building Management, ELV selling.
Significant experience in a Sales/Account/Vertical Management/Business Development related field.
Sales experience within Building Management Systems
Customer engagement at medium levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships
Cross selling and consultative selling - experience with collaborating across both client and own organization to drive a One-Honeywell approach
Broad based experience in HBS offering portfolio (mainly BMS, access controls, CCTV, guest room controls, access controls)
A well-developed sense of the customers business, their drivers, and their organization
Financial and business acumen; understands the customer s industry and strategic business drivers and HBS s ability to positively impact financial results
Understands customers decision making processes, buyers, and influences
Ability to learn HBS processes, commercial terms, contract terms, etc.
Basic understanding of Honeywell portfolio across LOBs/ verticals/applications
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strategic and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
Ability to influence across a broader organization.
Fluency in English and Arabic (preferable)
