Contracts & Commercial Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
· Assess tenders from Contract/ Commercial aspect based on Department exercises/ reports;

· Responsible for contractual arrangements (Consortium, JV, MOU, partnership, etc.) with third parties;

· Negotiate Employers’ Main Contracts and major Subcontracts/ Supply Agreements;

· Responsible for major contractual and commercial matters (inclusive of critical contractual communications with Employers);

· Ensure that all projects are being executed as per the contractual/ commercial requirements;

· Review reports submitted by Contract/ Commercial Senior Administrators on Department/ Projects;

· Oversee Subcontractors awarding and agreements and assist Department in the negotiations of changes, modifications and claims;

· Lead on resolutions regarding major contractual issues, claims and disputes with clients;

· Ensure that contracts are being closed out in a satisfactory manner and as per predefined agreements;

· Manage the Performance Management of all team members.
