Objectives
Our client is a newly established business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia that runs organic supermarkets and restaurants, is searching for skilled & creative Baker who strive to provide excellent baked organic/ gluten free items and service in an efficient, professional manner.
Key responsibilities:
Prepares, produces, and bakes breakfast pastries, breads, rolls, and some desserts, pizza, etc.
Designing and improving recipes.
Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods
Decorating and displaying finished products.
Ensure all baked goods are stored and packaged properly
Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized
Assess the quality of raw materials before baking to ensure conformance to set standards
Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.
Establish production schedule and set quota for the number of goods to be produced on daily basis
Oversee the routine maintenance of baking equipment to ensure efficient operations
المهارات
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in a relevant field
Current and/or previous experience in Organic and/or Gluten free products
a candidate should have at least a high school diploma
Strong communication, time, and resource management,
Good planning skills
Flexibility to work around customer demand
