Senior Budgeting Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  Propose the annual budget and execute the approved budget plan.

2.  Discuss budget proposal with the MOF.

3.  Prepare budget plan for departments and follow up on spending.

4.  Preparing budget reports and following up on implementation.

5.  Fully comply with regulations and instructions of MoF, SAMA & GAC.

المهارات
Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor in Accounting or related fields.

· 5+ years of experience in Budget Planning

· Experience in similar role within government or semi-government sector is a MUST.

Skills:

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent skills in Microsoft office “Excel, Word, etc.
Proficiency-Level of English skills.
Ability to process transactions on Etimad portal.
