· Develop complex system infrastructure designs in addition to configuration and/or migration plans.
· Liaise with staff at all levels of a client organization; define system requirements, analyze problems, and make recommendations accordingly.
· Able to gather and collect needed information and perform current state assessment of the customer’s IT environment and possible challenges.
· Provide advanced technical solutions and support services to clients.
· Develop technical documents to clients.
المهارات
Technical hands-on designing, implementing, and supporting Systems and managing vendors &/or experience/exposure in Server/System/Platform Support.
VMware, Microsoft, HPE, Veeam Certifications
