The selected candidate will lead all efforts to transform an existing Duct and Metal-work Factory into a turn-key HVAC solution contractor. The new Manager will be able to leverage the Group’s contracting arm (MARCO) existing
relationships with suppliers, it’s engineering capabilities and use METCO’s Duct factory manufacturing and installation capabilities to provide a full turnkey solution to HVAC customers. He will be responsible for the P,L of this new entity and must be able to cultivate customers and build a HVAC solutions brand. The
Manager will be directly responsible for Business Development, Sales, Bidding and estimation, procurement, customer satisfaction, and indirectly overlook designs, projects overall performance, and Duct manufacturing.
المهارات
Mech Engineer with a minimum of 10 years experience in HVAC applications.
Must have experience in Sales of HVAC Solutions, prospecting for projects and establishing relationships with potential customers. Experience in execution or design of HVAC projects is not necessary.
Must have knowledge of market prices, which include prices of HVAC equipment, Duct, Manpower, accessories etc.
Able to price projects independently.
Has good knowledge of the market landscape: Competition, Suppliers of
HVAC equipment, and Key customers.
