MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN PLUMBER:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for Pumps (submersible and above ground installation), on different brands such as (KSB/Grundfos/ SAMNAN etc.) - Perform Preventive and corrective Maintenance for automatic valve (mixer, Flush valve, water supply (hot and cold)). - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for Toilets, and water fountain - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for water heater - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for water supply pipes/ drainage pipes/ valves/ strainers/ manholes - Perform plumbing installations such as pipe, WC and toilet accessories. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for Desert Cooler, Gutters, Storm drainage, Roofs
Technical Skills: - knowledgeable in Motor Controls, - Pump installations and Repair/ Maintenance - Knowledge in installation and repair of automatic valve mixer - Knowledge in pipe installation (PPR/ cPVC/ uPVC) and valves - Plumbing installation and maintenance
Qualification: High School. Diploma/ITI holder or equivalent are welcome.
ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:
Perform maintenance work (preventive and corrective) Gate barriers, motorized sliding gate, shutter and roll up door. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for Pumps, Desert cooler, Motors, motor controls, - New electrical installation and modification for offices. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for lighting, power socket and wiring, Electrical panels. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for data network. - Perform repair and troubleshooting of cameras/ CCTV
Technical Skills: - Have experience in repairing of electronic circuit board for controls/ power supply/ inverters - knowledgeable in Motor Controls, - Lighting installations - Electrical Panel installations - Data/network installation - CCTV/ Camera/ Fiber Optic installation
Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent
HVAC TECHNICIAN:
Ensure task was given to technicians and wasting time. - Ensure preventive maintenance checklist are performed on schedule. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Split A/C (Brand: Carrier, LG, Trane, Hitachi and other new brands) - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for PACU unit (Brand: Carrier, LG, Trane, York, Petra) - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for Window type AC - Perform maintenance for walk in freezer and refrigerators
Technical Skills: - Knowledgeable in motor controls and HVAC repair.
Diploma/ITI in Air Conditioning Technology or equivalent
SR. TECHNICIAN – ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE:
Ensure task are given to technicians - Arrange materials that from his team. - Ensure checklist for preventive maintenance are updated. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for Pumps, Desert cooler, Motors, motor controls, - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for lighting, power socket and wiring, Electrical panels, - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for data network - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for CCTV camera - Installation of new lights, pumps and motors, power, data network, electrical Panels, CCTV.
Technical Skills: - knowledgeable in Motor Controls, - Lighting installations - Electrical Panel installations - Data/network installation – Driving
Diploma/ITI in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent
