Catering Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
This position will support the qualitative and quantitative objectives for the catering business. The Catering Manager is to expected to develop the Catering division, to tap into new business channels, to re-structure and strengthen its operations and to improve the overall performance of this division

المهارات
• Certification/degree in hospitality management from a reputed institution

• Minimum 10 years of experience in F&B;operations, with at least 6 years in catering operations among which at least 2 in a management position

• Previous relevant experience in the GCC is a must; KSA experience is preferred

• Excellent communication, leadership and motivational skills

• Excellent planning, organizational and multitasking skills

• Customer service oriented

• Good analytical skills

• Ability to cope with stress, heavy workload and challenging work hours

• Dynamic, resourceful and problem solver

• Self-starter with high personal standards and a high code of ethics

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required

• Previous experience in creating and implementing standard operating procedures

• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
