الوصف الوظيفي
• Strong knowledge in understating and analyzing a problem from all perspectives (business, technical, user ) and provide options.

• Should be able to understand all required processes , procedures and requirements to document them in a clear BRDs for both user and development team.

• Should be expressive and articulate, an effective listener, and should make sure that the receiver corrects understands what is being communicated.

• Good knowledge in technical areas ( OS, programming language and databases, system integrations ) to be able to suggests options.

• Should be able to understand software development lifecycle

• Able to play the role of user to test the functional/non-functional requirements.

المهارات
• Good communication and writing skills

• Analytical thinking.

• Business Analysis Certification is a plus
