General Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
· Distributes tasks and sets goals for the department and ensures that the employees are performing exceptionally

· Participates in creating the company policies and makes sure that everyone is obeying with the imposed policies

· Oversees daily operations of the brand / factory.

· Attends and presides over meetings

· Promotes the company’s mission, vision and its values

· Maintains employee records

· Reports key results to the corporate officers

· Engages and communicates with the corporate officers regarding market strategies

· Hires employees and trains them. The general manager is also responsible in the termination of employees, if necessary.

· Knowledge and understanding of Company, goals, and objectives, and policies and procedures.

· Knowledge of basic kitchen practices, protocols and procedures

· Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, co-workers, and general public.

· Knowledge of profit and loss (P&L;) statements

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Point of Sale (POS) systems

· Excellent verbal communication skills.

· Possess self-motivational skills and hands-on management approach.

· Possess impeccable service standards and attention to detail.

· Possess strong skills in organization and efficiency.

· Possess experience in managing multi-unit food service facilities.

Ability to work in a multi-ethnic/multi-cultural environment.
