As the Project Controls Manager you will be responsible for planning and governance and for overseeing the successful delivery of the projects output including technical results and financial profitability
Key activities will include:
• Produce and maintain accurate project schedules and understand schedule resources loading.
• Work with the costing team to budget forecast for the project, including manpower.
• Administer market budget and track and report project finances.
• Manage the planning and scheduling teams to both plan ahead for the projects and ensure the project is on track.
• Conduct vendor and internal audits to review accuracy, quality and completeness of database records and documents.
• Prepare monthly reports and assemble data to consolidate.
• Create, control, review and authenticate cost reports and change notices.
Key requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in construction, of which 5 must have been in a project controls management position
• Must have experience in working with International consultancies.
• Demonstrable management experience within planning, cost, project controls.
• Due to current travel restrictions, priority for this role will be given to those in Saudi Arabia with a Transferable Iqama. Candidate outside region will be considered but must be able to travel (e.g. from countries not currently restricted from traveling to Saudi).
• Must have a degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field.
