Collaborate with Business Development Team through building the Proposals
Understanding the client’s company structure and hierarchy .
Planning, Building, and revising the client organization structure .
Conducting Job Analyses and figure out the core tasks for each job title for the client’s company .
Designing Job Descriptions and ensure it’s aligning with company goals, strategies, policies, and procedures .
Conducting intensive research and building a Local and Global Salary benchmark for the Client Job Titles .
Advising management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures
Take responsibility for the successful and timely completion of human resource related projects
Conduct HR research, track and analyze metrics and suggest insight to improve decision making
Advise HR personnel about any recurring issues and problems
Help HR professionals in recruiting, training and management of employees
Create and design plans for applying new techniques for driving change in HR processes
Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures
Suggest and manage implementation of suitable HR technology for business advancement
Keep abreast with new trends and advancements in the human resources filed
Design salary scale regarding client needs .
Study and analysis about the best practices for grading and ranking systems .
Incite grade system that fits with the client philosophy .
Research and design a performance evaluation method that aligns with the client
Set up policies and procedures that align with the organization vision, mission, philosophy .
Review all policies and procedures and ensure they align with GCC Labor Law and organization system .
Suggest new HR technology solutions improve day-to-day client’s operations
Requirements:
+7 Years Experience in Consultancy field
Be aware of all HR functions .
Knowledge of labour legislation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Presentation Skills
Able to perform intensive research .
