Implementation and Managing ERP System including SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics.
Database management system, Servers and Hardware Knowledge, Cisco Switch managements.
Set out procedures for departments’ interactions in order to improve the flow of processes.
Manage IT department’s activities with respect to: Applications Support and Maintenance, Hardware/Software Maintenance, Network & Communication Maintenance, Information System Security and Systems configuration.
Meet with management to assess and determine quality of IT services and identify the required improvements.
Manage the development, evaluation and selection of new software and applications.
Direct and oversee network administration and maintenance and ensure end user problems are resolved on a timely and accurate basis.
Oversee the creation of data backup and recovery plans.
المهارات
BS in Computer engineer and/or computer science.
Masters is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in same field.
