Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Track project costs to meet budget.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Responsible for achieving cycle time set per product per machine ensuring production optimum efficiency.
Computation of materials needed for Order Requisition.
Responsible for new product development in coordination with Management.
Ensure the daily Efficiency Report is accurate and issued on time to Management.
Responsible to review customer’s complaint receive from Sales Department and implement preventive action in the production.
Optimize manpower utilization and productivity.
Minimize waste & scrap.
Conduct and document production meetings in an efficient manner.
Participate in the project planning process.
Make sure projects are completed on time and on budget.
Develop and manage the PM system.
Define and control maintenance budgets.
Liaise with vendors on all technical issues.
Manage project schedules and develop clear strategies for achievements of project milestones.
Develop and improve production equipment to meet future requirements.
Scheduling, monitoring and supervision on the preventive maintenance of the machines.
To perform other jobs as may be assigned by the Management.
المهارات
Must have a degree in relevant discipline, BSc in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
Must have 10 years’ experience in working on machine design and industrial equipment’s.
Good command of English language with good writing skills.
Advanced presentation skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel.
Advanced skills in 3D Design Software, Inventor.
Advanced skills in Autodesk Design Software, AutoCAD.
Ability to analyze and diagnose problems and recommend solutions.
Reporting writing skills.
Continuous Improvement.
Personal Leadership.
Teamwork.
Good knowledge in Product Design and Development.
Able to study the Mechanical Drawings and evaluate the recruitments of new product.
Has good experience in Part Modeling, Sheet Metal and Detailing.
Working on advanced assemblies and Layouts.
Should be Proficient in Modeling on either one of these Soft wares: Auto-Cad, Solid Edge, inventor solid works.
Good knowledge in basic design calculations.
Driving license.
