HR Manager Responsibilities:
Maintains knowledge, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Creating and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Managing & leading the recruitment and selection process.
Managing & leading onboarding processes.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Lead and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Create a positive working environment
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
المهارات
HR Manager Skills:
Bachelor degree in business administration. CIPD is preferred.
Effective communication skills in Arabic & English.
Leadership personality.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
