Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and control all programming projects/activities/tasks allocated to the team thus to ensure completion within the allocated schedule or time frame and according to an approved standards and specifications.
Be responsible for meeting with end users to identify the system requirements and lead the planning and development of an integrated applications system.
Be responsible for the design of data flow diagrams, screen formats, printed reports, special forms and systems documentation.
Co-ordinate all activities of the team assigned to any application development task/project. Take responsibility for maintaining task priority lists and assignment of work to team members.
Plan and design applications software including the final functionality, preliminary design, detailed specifications, testing, quality assurance, installation, and maintenance.
Ensure all design documentations such as functional requirements, data flow diagrams, screen and report formats, etc. as well as users documentation are all completed with each executed project.
Act as a resourceful and assist whenever needed to overcome new challenges facing undergoing projects, etc.
Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities.

Knowledgeable of the latest programming, project management and hospital information system applications.
Knowledgeable with all project development cycles and methodologies.
Knowledge in relational database design.
Fluency in English and Arabic language (oral and written).
Education
