Intro
Marketing managers develop strategic marketing plans for a company and then oversee the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan.
Objective:
Our client is seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company’s brand and training projects.
In this Role, clients are supposed to optimize companies marketing strategies, managing the marketing department’s budget and human resources, as well as preparing forecasts.
Role:
Develops new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development, acquiring, and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
Provides marketing information by answering questions and requests.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Completes marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
Maintains marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Create calendar of marketing events, including product launches, news interaction, blog posts, and other campaigns.
Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors

Marketing Manager Qualifications/Skills:
Managing Processes
Self-motivated yet customer-focused
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
Familiar with financial planning and strategy.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Preference will be given to those who worked or working Beauty and Cosmetic companies.
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
Familiar with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other similar marketing technology.
Web development knowledge
