الوصف الوظيفي ● Support the management and other staff with appointment setting, calendar management, travel arrangements, meetings, and correspondence. ● Assist the Director of Finance with the collation and recording of invoices for payment runs, maintenance of staff personnel files, financial record keeping where required. ● Perform receptionist duties: answering the phone, taking messages, filing mail processing, and Act as the point of contact between the company and the Group’s Shared Services (HR, Financial, Governmental Relations Requirements) ● Assist with recruitment of staff and maintenance of personal files & benefit plans. ● Coordinate between different departments, branches, and clients. ● Any other responsibility that is assigned by the company. المهارات ● At least One-year professional work experience. ● Outstanding oral and written Arabic and English communication skills. ● Excellent numeracy and MS Office (specifically Excel) skills. ● Ability to work in a Mac office environment. ● Saudi Citizen, or legally entitled to work in Saudi. ● Able to work under pressure, self-managed and responsible. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/operational-coordinator-4418953/ |
