job Summery:
Training and development officers are responsible for identifying staff training and development needs, and for planning, organizing and overseeing appropriate training.
Role and Responsibility:
Assist to prepare the Grading System and Salary structure.
Assist to prepare the organization Structure.
prepare the job Core and Functional competencies with the departments.
Help to prepare the job description for all positions.
Assist on preparing Human resource policies and procedure.
Assist on implementing HR ERP system.
keep developing HR as per trend in the Market.
Determine the Training needs.
Orienting new hires to their function within the grand scheme, as well as established company norms.
Monitoring staffs’ performance by liaising with line managers and department heads.
implementing, advising on and monitoring appraisal schemes
ensuring employees receive statutory required training
designing and assessing training programmes.
المهارات
Requirements:
Saudi national
Knowledge of all relevant performance tracking software and indices.
Thorough understanding of contemporary HR and business procedures.
Demonstrable experience as a development and training officer.
experience in Human resource Departments
Bachelor’s degree on HR or relevant.
Salary Range:
8000-11000
