Job description:-
- Drafting and uploading the content of the online store in Arabic.
- Upload visual content from photos and videos to the store.
- Update inventory and prices continuously on the store.
- Constantly reviewing the store and providing reports on what it needs improvements and development.
- Follow-up inquiries and inquiries received through the store and refer them to the customer service department.
- Entering data according to the approved mechanisms and software.
Job requirements:-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least 2 years working experience in content writing and data entry
Full knowledge of the working mechanisms of electronic stores
Ability to properly draft reports
Experience working with Microsoft Office programs Advanced with Excel
Fluency in Arabic, and English language proficiency is preferred
Preferably those who have worked in one of the Gulf countries
