Responsible to serve in-store customers and create design drawings based on customer inquires & budgets to achieve sales targets and highest customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities: Sales activities and targets
Greet customers and respond to all customer enquiries and requests meeting ABYAT customer service standards
Create Customer records in system and assure accuracy of data entered according to ABYAT’s policy
Prepare design based on Customer inquiry to arrange a quotations after customer intial approval.
Contact customers to confirm quotations prior to expiry date of quotation, and ensure that the system is regularly updated
Prepare customers sales orders and collect payments
Calculate monthly sales forecasts and evaluate customer trends
Liaise with Supply Chain Dept. to follow-up on the progress of existing orders
Provide advise to customers on forthcoming product developments and special promotions
Direct customer complaints to concerned department and the contact center
Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
High level of verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
Proficiency in MS Office

Diploma
