Preparing a statement of the distribution of the shareholder relations policies and procedures
Studying requests for the development of shareholder relations policies,procedures manual with routine modifications,updates, and making a decision on them
Preparing administrative decisions related to amending and updating the shareholder relations policies and procedures
Representing the company in the competent regulatory authorities (Ministry of Commerce and Investment, Capital Market Authority and Tadawul)
Developing and maintaining relations between the company and its shareholders. Maintain excellent relationships with major shareholders, review their records and ensure regular services are provided to them
Documentation with the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, the Capital Market Authority, Tadawul,Banks, and other relations related to shares and shareholders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Follow up the movement of shares exchange on a daily basis and submit reports to the relevant administrative units.
Preparing the proposed schedule for the convening of the General Assembly
Preparing the preliminary and final agenda for the work of the General Assembly
Preparing with the parties (hotels, or others, the approved place for holding the general assembly meeting).
Send invitations to shareholders to attend the general assembly meeting
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant
Minimum 4 years experience in the same field
Certifacation in CMA2 or CMA1 is preffered
