Role Responsibility
Design and evaluate new processes for achieving business objectives.
Draw flowcharts to visualize the standards of the project’s processes.
Study deeply the needed standards to be able to implement them.
Conducting research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing
Designing and planning equipment layout.
Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
Provides inputs of the current operations and performs risk assessments.
Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems
Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
responsible for elimination of process losses (unplanned stops, material usage losses, break downs and process failures, quality losses) and for work place.
Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
المهارات
Academic:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Experience & Working Industry
Proven 4 working experience as a process engineer.
High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems.
Paper machine installation experience is MUST.
Experience in Paper, Mill & Tissue Manufacturing is Must.
Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes.
