Work closely with both Sales/Presales Teams to achieve a well-defined sales target(s).
Work with Target schema for TI LoB.
Meet Business Continuity strategy imposed by Giza in different customer offerings.
well updated with new technologies and how to integrate different solutions to achieve the customer requirements.
Explore the Customer additional requirements (Needs) that best serve the new demands that best serve the IT staff and different Organizations’ customers/audience – considering Value Added Services/Solutions.
Able to define the Vendor(s) that best meets the requirements explored/gathered from different customers, even if the required products are out of Giza portfolio.
Communicate and engage directly with the vendors/suppliers, to explore and understand the level of different alliance/partnerships and which best fits Giza and its Business strategy plans (per region). And its impact/benefits to Giza customers.
Provide the support for both Account team and Technical/Presales Team to get certified with specific vendor.
Analyze Potential Markets Before Product Partnership/Launch
Craft Sales Pitches for Sales Team
Assist Sales Team in Qualifying Prospects
Provide Product Knowledge Support to Sales Team
Participate in Strategy Meetings With Sales/Presales/Marketing Team
Involve in major solutions offerings strategies.
Provide support to Sales/Presales to respond to different RFx.
Uses knowledge of competitive solutions to help the sales and technical resources propose the most optimal solution for the customer thereby allowing the sales and technical resources to effectively address and meet customer expectations and requirements of the proposed solution(s).
Preparing Pipeline sheet based on Sales engagement. And be ready for review on a weekly basis by Head of Presales.
