An exciting opportunity to join a leading project in the region as Senior Architect / Project Manager

Responsibilities -

Provides leadership for entire design process

Creates, develops and implements project design pre-concepts and concepts

Establish and maintain positive productive client relationships

Assures design conforms to contractual agreement

Monitors initial design through completion of concept design development

Undertakes preliminary site analysis and design studies on new developments to support feasibility studies and investment commitments

Analyze design problems and conceiving/developing architectural solutions to these problems

Lead preparation of development briefs and information packs for projects

المهارات
B.S or B.A in Architecture or Interior Architecture

10+ years related to Large Hospitality or Luxury Resorts

Understanding of engineering principals, financial issues and Project Management

Extensive experience working within the GCC region

Strong client management skills

Excellent presentation skills
