IMS Maintenance Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
1.Work as resident engineer with customer on Aramco office;

2.Process IMS network issue with TAC/GTAC support;

3.Prepare IMS related network change solution and implement the solution on live IMS network;

4.Perform IMS network heathy check according checklist;

5.IMS network spare part change;

6.Send weekly/monthly maintenance report to customer with dedicate template;

7.Trouble shooting IMS network failure with customer;

المهارات
1.Master SIP protocol knowledge deeply;

2.Master IMS call flow;

3.Master IP telephone register flow;

4.Master IMS Network element (such as CSCF, ATS, HSS, AGCF, IGCF etc) function;

5.Master IMS Network element (such as CSCF, ATS, HSS, AGCF, IGCF etc) configuration, Alarm process, and SIP trunk integration parameter optimization;

Fluent in both Arabic &English;.
Bachelor Degree.
+3 Years of Work Experience.
Follow Aramco service flow;
Follow Huawei’s network & cyber security flow;
Can prepare and present report to customer;
