Responsibilities
Achieving targeted sales monthly and annually.
Must have sufficient number of contacts and leads and must be able to generate revenue once chosen for this position.
Searching for clients who might benefit from the company’s products
Setting targets, creating performance plans and maintaining standards for sale representatives
Planning the sales strategy and Optimization of sales
Preparing technical and financial offers in coordination with the pre-sales team.
· Preparing sales flyers and a profile of the company’s products and services
Documentation and control of target achievement
Negotiation of terms and contracts with clients
Develop a scalable sales process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly
Plan and preside over weekly sales team meetings
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences
Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service
Tracking sales team metrics and sharing them with company leadership
Provide pre-sales and post-sales service support and assistance
Attend marketing events representing the company.

Requirements
Work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive in IT services field (8-10) years.
Has a good experience in the field of sales of IT infrastructure, low current works (CCTV, IP Telephone & video Conference, Wireless Networking & Mobility, Servers & Data Centers, Physical security, Enterprise Networking …etc.)
Ability to achieve targeted sales.
Excellent experience in the local market
Has good relationships with target customers and target sectors in the field of information technology.
Ability to work well alone or in a team.
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Certificates of courses and sales training
BSc degree in, Computer science and information technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or relevant field.
Has a car and a driver’s license.
