A brand-new opportunity is available to work as a Site Manager for a major contractor providing expert services in interior design, construction, furniture supply & installation in Riyadh, where you would be working on one of their high-profile projectscontracts in the middle east. This is a great opportunity that the client is offering with great chance for progression, growth, and development for a hardworking, enthusiastic, and organised individual with proven experience.
Role functions:
• Oversee On-Site Activities of The Sub-Contractors, Vendors and Design-Supervision Consultants
• Develop Weekly, Monthly and Special Progress Reports, As Needed
• Facilitate and Coordinate Site Logistics
• Attend Weekly/Monthly Progress Meetings with Sub-Contractors and Consultants
• Site paperwork and documentation
• Health, Safety and Environmental checks
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales
• Monitoring progress, costs and checking quality
Key requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in site management
• Previous Gulf experience is essential
• Must be based or willing to relocate to Riyadh
• Must be able to start as soon as possible.
