Fit-Out Quantity Surveyor to work on Mega Projects for an interior design expert in Riyadh.
A brand-new opportunity is available to work as a Fit-Out Quantity Surveyor for a recognized firm providing expert services in interior design, construction, furniture supply & installation in Riyadh, where you would be working on one of their high-profile projectscontracts in the middle east. This is a great opportunity that the client is offering with great chance for progression, growth, and development for a hardworking, enthusiastic, and organised individual with proven experience.
Role functions:
• Managing and reviewing sub-contractor costs ensuring quality of tender returns
• Prepare tender analysis information
• Organising workload to ensure all tender deadlines are met
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Project Engineers
• Reviewing, analysing and sending out tender packages to sub-contractors and suppliers
Key requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 5 years Fit-Out experience
• Previous Gulf experience would be beneficial
• Must be based in Riyadh or willing ro relocate
• Must be able to start as soon as possible.
