الوصف الوظيفي 2. Identifying potential applicants responding to job ads posting. 3. Ensure applying high efficiency criteria matching for all received CVs. 4. Conduct screening interviews and ensure applying the requested protocol set by the Department Manager. 5. Utilise all means of search engines, user groups or blogs and other creative techniques to find qualified candidates. 6. Uses networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidates. 7. Ensure continuous update for applicants tracking record. 8. Apply ranking methodology for all received CVs based on their criteria matching and requirements. 9. Perform summary of CVs technique to ensure faster needs identification of available candidates for future vacancies required. 10. Assist the Global Recruitment Manager in all related activities of the screening processes. 11. Create well-organised and structured CVs database to support faster preliminary screening for future vacancies.
