Job Description
Objectives
Our client is a translation company through technology, is looking for a People & Culture Specialist, who will be responsible for a wide range of HR/People & Culture tasks, Including Personnel and Payroll management, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, Performance Management as well as policies. He/ She will assist the People and Culture Director in managing all the Human Resources aspects in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in order to meet the strategic business objectives and will act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on People and Culture Related-related topics.
Job responsibilities:
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Undertake tasks around performance management.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Ensures that company’s systems and policies are implemented in accordance with the rules and regulations of KSA such as Labor Office, GOSI, Qiwa…. etc.
Works to increases the percentage of Saudization through appointing qualified Saudi nationals.
Attends Different Government Departments If Required, Acts on Company behalf in the event of any cases are filed at Labor office kingdom wide.
Follows up sponsorship transfer of those terminated and takes necessary action in case of delay and negligence from such staff.
Follows up with insurance companies on the claims, offers, registration of new employees and renewals.
Preparations and Supervision of the visit visas.
Supervises issuance and renewal of Municipality Cards, attends the Ministry of Municipal & Rural Affairs when necessary.
Attestation of all company’s letters from the Chamber of Commerce as issued from the different departments.
Prepares Job Offers to new staff as stipulated in the wage systems.
Carries out all tasks assigned within the position with the agreed framework and timing.

Requirements
Must be a Saudi National
Proven experience as an HR Officer/ Specialist
Extensive knowledge of employment/labor laws.
3-5 years of experience in an HR and Admin role.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) will be a plus.
Understanding of LSP services, terms, and conditions is preferred.
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
BA degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
Additional HR training will be a plus.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
