Main Job Purpose
Responsible for achieving revenue targets from existing leasing customers by offering upselling and cross-selling solutions
Accountabilities
Relationship Management:
Establish, maintain, and increase the share of wallet for the existing customer base, Portfolio Services by conducting planned and cold sales calls.
Consistent targeting of existing customers for below portfolio services including:
Long term leasing at the bonded & re-export zone & other logistics parks
Short term storage solutions at the bonded & re-export zone
Value-Added Services
Custom Clearance & Transportation Services
Update CRM system on daily basis for providing visibility.
Identify customer priorities and offer solutions accordingly.
Develop relationships at multi-levels in the customer organization
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Communicate any improvement areas in internal existing functions especially customer service & finance
Assist customers to increase efficiency in their system by collaborating with internal functions
Ensure that day to day huddle action items is actioned upon
Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
