The ideal candidate will be able to deal with customers and bring new customer companies and high potential projects for Data Network and Low current. Significant part of role is Account development, Account management and penetration strategy to increase sales and company growth.
Create sales opportunities from scratch, bring new customers, and validate the sales opportunities with high success rates to fulfill the sales target including up-selling and cross-selling.
Make market research to find out sales opportunities.
Having strong business Acumen to evaluate, validate and manage opportunities and reach correct decision makers and key persons in the customer companies to grow business with new and existing customers.
Operates as the point of contact for his customers.
Must be capable of closing a sale, making cold calls, making visits to any city in Saudi Arabia, manage the technical survey, conducting sales meetings, writing proposals, writing business submittal, arranging company profile, and negotiating contracts with people at all levels.
Develops and maintains long-term relationships with Sales accounts (customers).
Makes sure customers receive requested Quotation, proposals, and technical submittals in a timely manner.
Communicates customer requirements to presales team and management.
Forecasts and tracks customer sales metrics.
Coordinate with other concerned departments working on the same customer to ensure high level service.
Able to read and understand Tender documents, prepare the tender proposal, and submit it on timely manner.
Collaborates with sales team, and management to reach prospective customers.
Service multiple customers concurrently, and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in selling IT solution and running complex results driven sales cycles.
Ability to take ownership of all phases of sales process until close, signing contract and post project start.
Establishes good relationship with peer colleagues, lower degree members, and superior members in all levels of the company.
Owning the full Sales Cycle (prospect to close) and handling the sales pipeline and sales Funnel. Must be effective in identifying, prospecting, qualifying, and tracking opportunities
Making timely decisions about which opportunities will pursue.
Establishing an annual, quarterly, and monthly plan and articulating discrete actions required to win new business. He should coordinate every aspect of specific sales opportunities—from prospecting to contract signature.
Provide input to internal teams on market trends, competitive products, prospect/customer feedback, market needs/requirements, and other areas as requested.
Should be able to achieve desired business outcomes.
Follow up for payment and money collections of projects.
المهارات
Saudi citizen or any Arab Nationality with transferrable Iqama.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical engineering, Electronics engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum experience in sales of 4 years inside Saudi Arabia in Information Technology company (integrator level), Data Network, Cybersecurity, Low Current CCTV, and Access control, IT Service industry.
Having valid driving license.
Having his own car.
Maintain connections in Enterprise & Corporate & Public Sector.
Having sales track record of consistently achieving/exceeding sales quota in past positions for at least 4 years.
Have a good understanding of IT/ Cybersecurity products/services features and advantages.
Presentable and always be in Formal dress code.
Experience in working with sales systems, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Outstanding negotiation/sales skills with proven closing ability.
Very good command of English language and MS Office.
Ability to handle multi customers at the same time with high quota.
Solid experience in selling to customers in a complex environment.
Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing integrators, Distributors, vendors, consultants, and the whole channel.
Solid understanding of pipeline management.
Resident in Riyadh and ready to travel anywhere.
