He/She will partner closely with Commercial, medical and IS teams to provide perspective for global C360 deliverables and projects and will be key points of contact along with the MEA C360 Champion in the country commercial organization.
Enhancing local capabilities and achieve milestones in the following:
Commercial & Medical Strategy
Ensure successful delivery of Global to Local series of training sessions for G to L content creation model
Establish Salesforce Marketing Cloud infrastructure new way of working
Data & Analytics
Maintain ATLAS follow up and continued trainings
Delivery of both local and global new dashboards across all regions (Executive dashboards, Field dashboards and omnichannel/Campaign dashboards)
Digital Capabilities
Launch of new digital solutions and develop omnichannel capability strategy and potential roadmap
Deploy GSC and GCBL within the cluster and follow up on onboarding, training and forecasting process
Field Engagement
Enhancing Veeva reporting and coaching reports within country, and onboard teams on ELMAC CE dashboards
Build customer engagement strategy for all customer facing teams (commercial, medical and market access)
Finalized data sharing guidance between commercial & medical field teams after integration of Align and Veeva
Pilot Account management and Veeva KAM
Ensure alignment with global guidance on systems, incentives, tools for virtual/hybrid field facing models
Operations & Implementation
Scaling of end-to-end integrated campaigns (G to L and omnichannel CE toolkit)
