JOB SUMMARY

· The Fulfillment & 3PL Supervisor is to manage and design, execute all fulfillment and warehouse operations. Lead and manage ‘end to end’ journey of all customer products that require our fulfillment and storage services.

· The role requires people leadership skills, improving complex processes of rapidly growing business units that deliver delicate products to our customers, while taking into consideration the impact on IT Systems and Financial performance.

· A strong leader in an operations role to handle e-commerce complexities. It requires team engagement in a positive culture, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and cost-efficiency in operations. This includes manpower planning, productivity, peak planning with execution, Inventory control.

المهارات
REQUIREMENTS

· 2+ years’ experience in the field of E-commerce fulfillment.

· Experience in Building and developing successful warehouse operations

· Excellent written & verbal communication/presentation skills in English

Saudi Nationals are preferred.
