The main opportunity: We are looking for team of “Sales Specialist” Job Description Our sales team is the engine that drives the business execution and achieving goals. We are seeking a qualified sales specialist to help keep our engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. Our ideal sales specialist has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals in the field of building and construction materials. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force. Objectives of this Role: 1) Represent acwme, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. 2) Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them. 3) Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives. 4) Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance. 5) Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives. 6) Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities 1) Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends global reach. 2) Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs. 3) Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships. 4) Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled. 5) Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them. 6) Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly. 7) Manage month-end and year-end close processes. المهارات 1) Bachelor’s degree in a field of sales or management or engineering, related to building and construction materials. 2) 3+ years in sales management within a corporate setting. 3) Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close. 4) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 5) Superb leadership ability. 6) Ability to visit customers at least 50% of the time. Preferred Qualifications 1) Advanced degree. 2) Motivational speaking experience in both Arabic and English. 3) Business writing in both Arabic and English. 4) Full set of tools and productivity applications like email, task management, project management, cloud workspace. 5) Proven success rate at levels above quotas. 6) An excellent acknowledgement and experience about ecommerce, entrepreneurship, startup business, fast growth organizations. 7) Have both (time) and (ability) to learn.. .
