الوصف الوظيفي To Identify, research and evaluate the suppliers that meet the organization’s standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply within operational plans and ACC’s policies and procedures. Procurement: · Research and contact the suppliers for the needed parts or products and evaluate the price and the delivery time to submit it to the manager for the final decision. · Help and support the manager in the selection of suppliers and purchasing orders. · Follow up and check the discrepancies with the supplier. · Meet with staff and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action. · Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories. · Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. · Meet with vendors and visit suppliers’ plants and distribution centers to examine and learn about products, services, and prices. Logistics: · Research, contact, evaluate and negotiate with the shipping providers in order to select the best one that meet the company standards and needs. · Contact the supplier to know the necessary documents for the shipping. · Follow up with the finance department regarding to the payment for the shipping provider Supplier Relationship. · Support in supplier relationships and build partnerships with key suppliers that can meet ACC’s needs. · Help in review and evaluate suppliers’ services and prices periodically to ensure that ACC is provided with best-fit and quality items, and prices. Policies, Processes and Procedures: · Implement approved policies, processes, procedures and provides instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner. · Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of business process, cost reduction and productivity improvement . · Support in monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures. Safety, Health and Environment: · Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. · Participate in incident and accident investigations as required inline with agreed safety, health and environment policies, procedures and controls. · Report on changes within the organization that impact relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls. المهارات · 2 to 3 years of experience in Procurement · Previous Supplier Relationship Management experience is required · Previous Logistics and Shipping experience is required · ERP knowledge · Negotiation skills · Analytical skills Education and Certifications: · A bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/sales-engineer-4501652/ |
