Job Purpose
This Position exists to use analytical mindset along with the technical skills in report & dashboard design to implement performance management framework and interpret business operational and financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues and using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to management efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plan and development.
Functional Responsibilities
Support unit managers in design and development of needed performance management reports and dashboards
Support business KPIs development and monitoring
Identification and development of KPIs:
Identify and select needed business performance indicators
Design KPI card and offline simulation
Develop all relevant KPIs details like Targets, baseline, frequency, etc through research, studies and benchmarking
Collect KPIs Data:
KPIs data collection and ensure data quality
Monitor and analyze overall & functional performance, identify performance gaps and develop corporate performance
Presenting and Analyzing Data:
Data visualization, analysis & dashboards development
Preparation of ORMs & SRMs contents
Reporting and Decision Making:
Monitoring & analysis of reports and provide notification to management as per indicators results
Review & update:
Regular review/update for KPIs & targets catalog and recommend new KPIs as per the situation
Participate in developing business performance management framework
General Responsibilities
Delivery:
Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Problem-Solving:
Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Quality:
Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Business Process Improvement (Effectiveness):
Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
Comply to related policy & procedures and work instructions.
Health & Safety:
Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Qualification
Bachelor in Business Administration or Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems
Certifications
SAP BI & BO report and dashboard design
MS Power App & Power Automate
