الوصف الوظيفي 2- Ensure Monthly Report is complete and documented. 3- Ensure filing of all the documents as per filing specifications. 4- Ensure all Specifications for Materials are updated (related to stores) 5- Ensure all Non-Confirmations and Supplier Ratings are updated and cross checked. 6- Cover up operational needs for vacation and emergency control for Receiving and Issuance Postings. 7- Ensure recording of Non-Moving, Near Expiry items, Destruction, Damages and Not Available items documentation. 8- Ensure all aspects of Food Safety and Work Safety are followed 9- Ensure to organize and obtain Internal Customer Satisfaction 10- Ensure KPI progress is tracked and updated. 11- Staff list and related details are maintained 12- Stationary Follow up and control is maintained 13- Maintain Assist List. 14- Keep record of Monthly Expenses. 15- Keep track of Monthly Budget Progress and Statement of Accounts. 16- Assist in pre inventory and Monthly / Yearly inventory for all stores. 17- Ensure strict adherence to all aspects of hygiene and food safety. 18- Maintain Internal Temperature random check records for frozen and chilled facilities. 19- Maintain high staff motivation and morale 20- Plan for optimum manpower strength based on peak and non-peak operations 21- Monitor punctuality, absenteeism and personal appearance of staff and take corrective action accordingly 22- Maintain discipline and take disciplinary action as per Company rules in coordination with the Personnel department. 23- Evaluate staff performance under direct control. المهارات https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/specialist-store-non-food-5005866-64592575/ |
