QC Analyst (Data Integrity Officers)

At the core of our data is our Field & Call Center associates, who connect and build personal relationships with consumers to collect data on TV, Radio, and Digital Device consumption.
About the Role:
Responsible for the execution of the data production, quality control, and panel management procedures to ensure data quality and panel performance / cooperation.
Responsibilities:
● Maintain data production and quality levels according to contractual agreements. ● Analyze daily fault and flag meter data per QC policy and procedure. ● Conduct quality control audits per policy and procedure. ● Identify /coordinate the scheduling of panel household (phone or in-person) resolutions to address technical (meter) or behavioral (coaching) faults or flags. ● Ensure that the information in the panel management database is accurate and current. ● Maintain primary and secondary production statuses. ● Monitor panel household performance for pending and active homes. ● Verify channel mapping data to the line-ups distributed by the broadcasting stations / cable providers, as well as the exact representation of channel coverage in the operating sample. ● Liaise with field, recruitment, and stock logistics staff to maintain panel quality, cooperation, and performance.
Experience & Qualifications:
● University graduate or equivalent experience ● Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills ● Customer service / relationship-building skills and results orientation ● Data analysis and problem solving skills ● Strong computer hardware and software knowledge and skills ● English proficiency ● Ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a quality, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment ● Ability to work individually and in a team environment ● Result oriented with aptitude for continuous process improvements ● Business acumen
